1.What is the funniest thing you remember as a child?
I’m not sure a day has gone by without me laughing, granted mostly it’s from my own jokes. Something that always makes me laugh endlessly are my family trips. I may not be laughing in the moment, but they always make great stories; from car troubles to trips to the ER, we have experienced it all! A quote that I have always thought to be true is, “My family puts the FUN in DYSFUNCTIONAL.”

2.What is the one piece of clothing you wish you owned?
Some say that I am very messy, and to that I would have to say yes, I am! I like my things “organized”, but it’s not always the most conventional way. I like to say that the artist within me has more control than I thought, meaning that my room is abstract. Like an artist, everything is placed with intent. You want that one blue pen from a month ago? Give me three seconds!

3.What season of the year is your favorite and why?
My parents are both physicians, with this comes many stories and advice at a young age. I also was blessed with the ability to exaggerate everything. When I was little, I believed that I should buckle up even in a parked car because you just never know. Many of these beliefs of mine have toned down, but I still never wear socks to bed.

4.What is your favorite movie?
When I was little, my parents would call me Stella Luna Fruit Bat, like from the book Stellaluna by Janelle Cannon. This was because I was their little fruit bat. I have always loved fruit. They would even give me the pit of a mango to nibble on. So, I will always go for strawberry ice cream and what’s better than to have a light caramel drizzle on top.

5.What song makes you think of yourself?
I’m told that I have authenticity. It’s something I strive for be because God calls us to serve Him by being one's true self. We all have somewhere where we can dance like nobody’s looking or belt out that one note that’s a little too high. For me, that’s when I am alone being creative. Whether it means chasing the sun in my car or listening to music while making some kind of art.
